Within the on-screen programme guide, you can also set “reminders” for future programmes. These are menus that pop up a minute or two before your programme is due to begin, giving you the option to change to the correct channel at the touch of a button, so you’ll never miss a programme again. Additionally, there are parental controls available on the Standard Sky box, which allow the parent to make sure their children only view suitable programming.
